Charitable objects
1. THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONGST PAST PUPILS OF ST WINIFRED'S SCHOOL LLANFAIRFECHAN AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES. 2. IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THE ABOVE PURPOSE, FOR THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN ANY WAY THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT. "IMMEDIATE FAMILIES" INCLUDES CIVIL PARTNER, HUSBAND, WIFE, WIDOW, WIDOWER, CHILD, GRANDCHILD AND, AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES, ANY OTHER DEPENDENT RELATIVE. NOTHING IN THIS DEED SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
