1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF THE NARROW GAUGE RAILWAY THROUGH THE PRESERVATION, RESTORATION, MAINTENANCE, EXHIBITION AND OPERATION OF STEAM OR OTHER RAILWAY LOCOMOTIVES, ROLLING STOCK, TRACK EQUIPMENT, MACHINES AND RELICS WHICH ARE OF HISTORICAL AND OPERATIONAL INTEREST AND BY THE CREATION AND OPERATION OF NARROW GAUGE RAILWAYS. 2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN SAFETY, WORKSHOP PRACTICE, MOTIVE KNOWLEDGE AND GOOD ENGINEERING PRACTICE RELATED TO NARROW GAUGE RAILWAYS.
