(A) IDENTIFYING, ACQUIRING, SAFEGUARDING, RESTORING, CONSERVING, PUBLICISING, EXHIBITING AND MAKING PUBLICLY AVAILABLE AN ARCHIVE COLLECTION OF INFORMATION, GARMENTS, TOOLS, MACHINERY AND OTHER ARTEFACTS OF HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPORTANCE (INCLUDING, WHERE APPROPRIATE, BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES)
(B) CARRYING OUT RELEVANT RESEARCH; AND
(C) PROVIDING PUBLIC LECTURES, CONFERENCES, EXHIBITIONS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL EVENTS
