Activities - how the charity spends its money
We work holistically with all classes of people who find themselves in need due to mental or physical or general ill health. Work includes signposting, counselling, advice & guidance, mentoring & advocacy so aiding recovery. Work with families aiding them in understanding issues faced by loved ones. Holistic & therapeutic remedies are used to combat stress, mental health and general ill health.

Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: 1. PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND TO PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL GOOD HEALTH AND WELL-BEING, INCLUDING BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO THOSE SUFFERING FROM DRUG AND ALCOHOL RELATED CONDITIONS, OFFENDERS AND EX-OFFENDERS, THOSE ON THE MARGINS OF SOCIETY AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, ADVICE, GUIDANCE, ADVOCACY, COUNSELLING, MEDIATION, SIGNPOSTING, HOLISTIC, THERAPEUTIC AND OTHER INTERVENTIONS ALL WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; 2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE ACHIEVEMENT OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL GOOD HEALTH AND THE IMPACT ON THE INDIVIDUAL AND THEIR FAMILIES
