Sport Legacy Foundation's focus lies in the UK & the Caribbean where we utilise sport as an engagement tool to provide character education, healthy lifestyle and leadership training to over 12,000 young people. We operate across the most disadvantaged, diverse areas providing opportunities/positive change to young lives by delivering physical activities 36 weeks p/a to state school students.

Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: (I) THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS IN CARIBBEAN COUNTRIES, THE UK AND OTHER COUNTRIES BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF CRICKET AND OTHER SPORTS. (II) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH; (A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS IN LIFE; (B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
