THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE AS FOLLOWS, AND ARE TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, THE REST OF EUROPE, AFRICA AND ELSEWHERE IN THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE: (A)TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH; (B)TO ADVANCE EDUCATION PARTICULARLY IN THE FIELD OF CHRISTIAN MISSION AND MISSIOLOGY, WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION, ENGAGEMENT AND MISSION AS IT RELATES TO DIASPORA CHURCHES AND OTHER MISSIONAL ORGANISATIONS, GROUPS AND MOVEMENTS AND THEIR IMPACT ON AND INTERACTION WITH INDIGENOUS POPULATIONS IN WESTERN SETTINGS.
