1) TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A MARITIME MUSEUM, WHICH INCLUDES THE RENOVATION OF THE SMEATON DRY DOCK, THE STEAM TUG CERVIA AND THE HISTORIC BOAT THE SUNDOWNER TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN RESPECT OF THE HERITAGE AND MARITIME HISTORY OF RAMSGATE; AND
2) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE GRADE II LISTED BUILDING THE RAMSGATE CLOCK HOUSE IN PIER YARD, RAMSGATE, KENT.
