In loving memory of dear Rhianna Chellew, the Charity has been set up to raise funds to provide disabled friendly playground equipment into public parks so that both able bodied and those with a disability can play together. The first items of equipment are installed at Gnoll Park in Neath Port Talbot.

TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF NEATH PORT TALBOT AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
