THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO RELIEVE THOSE WHO ARE UNWELL, INFIRM, ELDERLY OR WITH A DISABILITY OR LONELINESS, AMONGST PERSONS RESIDING IN THE AREA COVERED BY THE PINHOE AND BROADCLYST MEDICAL PRACTICE.
NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
