THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ASSIST IN THE TREATMENT AND CARE OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM TERMINAL ILLNESS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (1) PROVIDING GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS CHOSEN BY THE TRUSTEES; AND (2) HELPING TO RAISE PROFESSIONAL AND PUBLIC AWARENESS OF CERTAIN CONDITIONS, INCLUDING LYMPHOEDEMA.
