THE PURPOSE OF THE SHAYLOR FOUNDATION IS TO FURTHER SUCH PURPOSES WHICH MAYBE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH WITHIN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.
