TO PROVIDE AMATEUR PERFORMERS OF THE ARTS (MUSIC, SPEECH, LITERATURE, DANCE AND DRAMA) WITH THE EXPERIENCE OF COMPETING ON PRESTIGIOUS PUBLIC STAGE WITH THE EDUCATIONAL BENEFIT OF ENCOURAGEMENT AND GUIDANCE FROM SPECIALIST AND HIGHLY RESPECTED ADJUDICATORS.
