2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE TECHNIQUES AND METHODS FOR CONSERVATION AND OPERATION OF STEAM AND DIESEL ENGINES AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT AND BUILDINGS BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING IN SUCH AREAS.
