TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF HOMELESS PERSONS, OR THOSE AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS, IN NEWPORT, SOUTH WALES AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF A DROP-IN CENTRE PROVIDING FOOD, DRINK, SHELTER, WARMTH, REPLACEMENT CLOTHING, BATHING FACILITIES, COMPANIONSHIP, ADVICE, SIGNPOSTING AND SUPPORT.
