To promote the highest standards of craftsmanship, design and commercial practice among hand engravers To encourage greater awareness of hand engraving among practitioners in other allied crafts; To educate the general public in the craft. Carried out through, though not exclusively: TRAINING, EDUCATION,SUPPORT and REPRESENTATION of the craft locally, nationally and internationally.
