Charitable objects
The objects of the CIO are:
a. The provision and maintenance of a building for the education and use of the inhabitants of Keswick area without distinction of political, religious or other opinions and
b. The provision of meetings, lectures, and classes and for other forms of education, recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants without distinction of political, religious or other opinions.
