THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE BOARD IS ESTABLISHED IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE JEWISH RELIGION AMONG JEWISH STUDENTS AT UNIVERSITIES, POLYTECHNICS AND OTHER PLACES OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE MIDLAND REGION AND IN PARTICULAR BY THE APPOINTMET AND EMPLOYMENT OF A CHAPLAIN.
