THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS AT KENSINGTON ALDRIDGE ACADEMY (THE “SCHOOL”), IN PARTICULAR BY ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS; AND TO ADVANCE ANY PURPOSE WHICH IS CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY SURROUNDING THE SCHOOL, INCLUDING ANY PART OF THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA OR ANY LONDON BOROUGH IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA.
