TO PURCHASE, EACH YEAR, BOOKS OF WIDE HISTORICAL INTEREST FOR THE SCHOOL LIBRARY AND TO ENCOURAGE BOYS TO PRODUCE AN OUTSTANDING PIECE OF HISTORICAL WORK WHICH WOUL BE OUTSIDE THE NORMAN DEMANDS OF THE SCHOOL CURRICULUM.
