Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY: (1) IN MAKING PAYMENTS SO FAR AS MAY BE APPLIED BY THE SAID GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL TO BE APPLIED BY THE SAID GOVERNORS IN DISCHARGING THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1981 OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SCHOOL; (2) IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING FOR THE SCHOOL SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE SAID GOVERNORS AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY; (FOR FURTHER DETAILS OF OBJECTS SEE ABOVE SCHEME).
