Charitable objects
A) FOR THE RELIEF OF PERSONS IN NECESSITIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES WHO ARE HOMELESS OR SUFFERING FROM ANY PSYCHOLOGICAL OR PHYSICAL INFIRMITY OR WHO BY REASON OF ILL HEALTH OR BEING A DISCHARGED OFFENDER OF ANY OTHER ADVERSE CIRCUMSTANCES WHO ARE IN NEED OF HELP IN ACQUIRING A SETTLED WAY OF LIFE THROUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF HOME, HOSTELS AND PRIVATE DWELLINGHOUSES. B) TO USE MAINTAIN SUCH PROPERTY AND RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION FOR SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
