Charitable objects
FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH SHALL BENEFIT WHOLLY OR MAINLY THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OR DISTRICT OF BYLCHAU IN THE COUNTY OF CLWYD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY SELECT AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING IN THE PROMOTION OF CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH CHILD WELFARE AND CARE OFTHE ELDERLY AND POOR IN THE SAID AREA.
