THE COMPANY’S OBJECT(S) ARE THE ADVANCEMENT OF SUSTAINABLE, EFFICIENT AGRICULTURE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM THROUGH RESEARCH AND KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND (WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) IN FURTHERANCE THEREOF FOR THE BENEFIT OF FARMING, AGRICULTURAL, HORTICULTURAL, AQUACULTURAL AND OTHER PRIMARY PRODUCTION AND FOOD SUPPLY-CHAIN INDUSTRIES: 1. THE PROVISION OF KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE AND INNOVATION SERVICES TO FARMING AND FOOD COMPANIES 2. THE PROMOTION AND FACILITATION OF RESEARCH AND KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE ACTIVITIES BETWEEN ITS MEMBERS, INDUSTRY AND GOVERNMENT; 3.
