PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THE EDUCATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE TOWNSHIP (CIVIL PARISH) OF REETH NEAR RICHMOND IN THE COUNTY OF NORTH YORKSHIRE AND FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF THOSE INHABITANTS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE INHABITANTS.
