THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE CONSERVATION AND PROTECTION OF ELEPHANTS THROUGH IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ELEPHANT PROTECTION INITIATIVE BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE DIRECTORS SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT.
"THE ELEPHANT PROTECTION INITIATIVE" MEANS THE AFRICAN LED INITIATIVE FOR THE PROTECTION OF ELEPHANTS, WHICH WAS LAUNCHED IN LONDON IN FEBRUARY 2014.
