THE RELIEF OF HANDICAPPED AND SICK PERSONS RESIDING WITHIN THE PARISHES OF CONINGSBY & TATTERSHALL AND THE IMMEDIATE SURROUNDING AREAS THEREOF WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR HANDICAPPED, SICK PERSONS AND THE ELDERLY.
