Charitable objects
FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN AFRICA AND OTHER LOW/MIDDLE INCOME COUNTRIES (LMICS): (1) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROMOTING THE SHARING OF HEALTHCARE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL TREATMENT; (2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN HEALTHCARE, IN PARTICULAR BY THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY IMPROVEMENT AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING IN A HEALTHCARE CONTEXT AND OTHER HEALTH- RELATED EDUCATION AND TRAINING TO THOSE INVOLVED IN HEALTH AND CARE DELIVERY AT ALL LEVELS AND TO THE WIDER PUBLIC, AND BY RAISING AWARENESS OF GLOBAL HEALTH ISSUES; AND (3) TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF MEMBERS OF SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES IN LMICS IN WHICH THE CIO IS WORKING, IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND HELP MEET THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE IN SOCIETY.
