TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN OR TO ASSIST IN ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING A COMMUNITY CENTRE IN WAUNFAWR FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE VILLAGES OF WAUNFAWR AND BETWS GARMON IN THE COUNTY OF GWYNEDD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
