TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION OF SUCH DOCUMENTS AND RECORDS, PARTICULARLY BY TRANSCRIPTION OF ORIGINAL SOURCES.
TO COLLABORATE WITH SIMILAR ORGANISATIONS AND BODIES HAVING THE CUSTODY OF RECORDS.
TO OPERATE ITS OWN INFORMATION SERVICE AND BUILD UP A LIBRARY.
