Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: 1) TO RELIEVE ELDERLY PEOPLE WHO HAVE DEMENTIA OR OTHER LONG TERM CONDITIONS AND TO SUPPORT THEIR CARERS BY BUILDING A BESPOKE RESIDENTIAL AND SHORT TERM STAY FACILITY. THESE PEOPLE ARE RESIDENT IN WEST CORNWALL WHO ARE IN NEED, BY PROVIDING SPECIALLY DESIGNED OR ADAPTED HOUSING, AND SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALCULATED TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PERSONS. 2) MAKING ADAPTED ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE TO ELDERLY PEOPLE, ENABLING THEM TO BUY GOODS OR SERVICES TO HELP THEM OVERCOME DEBILITIES OF OLD AGE. 3) EXTRA FACILITIES CAN BE PROVIDED EITHER IN HOUSING OWNED OR MANAGED BY THE CHARITY OR IN THE HOME OF THE ELDERLY PERSON.
