(1) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF ALMSHOUSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND WHO ARE INHABITANTS OF OR WHO LIVE NEAR THE PARISH OF NORTHLEACH WITH EASTINGTON ('THE AREA OF BENEFIT') OR WHO OTHERWISE HAVE FAMILY OR WORK CONNECTIONS WITH THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
(2) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE ALMSHOUSES OF THE CIO OR ANY OF THEM AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
