Charitable objects
1. Objects
1.1 The Objects of the Charity are for the public benefit to:
1.1.1 Advance education among the following persons being in need of financial assistance (hereinafter referred to as Beneficiaries):-
1.1.1.1 students from overseas studying in the Diocese of Liverpool; and
1.1.1.2 persons from overseas temporarily resident in the United Kingdom who wish to undertake study within the Diocese of Liverpool.
1.1.2 To relieve need sickness and distress among Beneficiaries and their dependants.
1.1.3 To advance religion among Beneficiaries by the provision of Christian counselling and pastoral care.
1.1.4 To provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of Beneficiaries
1.2 This provision may be amended by special resolution but only with the prior written consent of the Commission.
