A. THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY BY THE PROVISION OF SOCIAL HOUSING IN THE FORM OF ALMSHOUSE ACCOMMODATION WITH EXTRA CARE FACILITIES FOR POOR MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND OR CHURCHES IN COMMUNION THEREWITH WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH ACCOMMODATION WITH A PREFERENCE FOR PERSONS SO QUALIFIED WHO ARE RETIRED CLERGY; B. TO HOUSE THE LIBRARY OF THE REVEREND GEORGE COSBY WHITE; AND C. SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF RESIDENTS OF THE ALMSHOUSES AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
