Charity overview SELBY ALMSHOUSES AND POOR'S CHARITY
Activities - how the charity spends its money
The charity owns and manages almshouses which are let at below market rates to people on low income or living on benefits. We provide some support for our residents but they live autonomous lives within their own properties. The charity also uses its profits to ensure the properties are kept in good repair and any surplus provides grants for those in need who live in the District of Selby
