THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND SOCIAL WELFARE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 11-19 WHO ARE UNABLE TO ACCESS MAINSTREAM EDUCATION CENTRE(S), AND OTHER SUCH SERVICES AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT.
