1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF DISABLED PEOPLE IN GHANA THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A VILLAGE THAT OFFERS VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND SUPPORT 2. TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED DISABLED COMMUNITY OF GHANA IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY. 3. TO ASSIST IN THE TREATMENT AND CARE OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ILLNESS OR DISABILITY OR IN NEED OF REHABILITATION AS A RESULT OF SUCH ILLNESS, BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR TRAINING, WORK AND RECREATION
