TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE VISUALLY IMPAIRED OR PARTIALLY SIGHTED IN HAVERING AND THE NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY:
1. ENABLING THEM TO DEVELOP SELF-HELP SKILLS AND CONTRIBUTE FULLY TO SOCIETY;
2. PRESENTING THE INTERESTS AND NEEDS OF PARTIALLY SIGHTED PEOPLE AND MAKING KNOWN THEIR NEEDS AND ASPIRATIONS.
