FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE ABOVE, "MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES" MEANS MENTAL ILL-HEALTH OF ALL KINDS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ADDICTION, OR CONDITIONS OF EMOTIONAL OR MENTAL DISTRESS REQUIRING ADVICE OR TREATMENT
