THE ADVANCEMENT OF SCIENCE BY PROMOTING SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INTO THE WELFARE OF ANIMALS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THAT OF MARINE FAUNA, 3.
