THE FOCUS OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE THE FARMING AND AGRICULTURE AND ASSOCIATED INDUSTRIES WITHIN THE COUNTY OF GLOUCESTERSHIRE, IN PARTICULAR AND WHERE POSSIBLE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT. THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS ARE: 1. THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY 2. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION; 3. THE ADVANCEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OR IMPROVEMENT; 4. THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGES; 5. THE PROMOTION OF HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS AND THE RELIEF OF SUFFERING OF ANIMALS IN NEED OF CARE; AND 6. SUCH OTHER PURPOSES WHICH MAY BE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
