THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT AND STUDY OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, ADVICE AND SUPPORT TO EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE SUDAN, NIGERIA, ERITREA, THE PHILIPPINES, THAILAND AND RUSSIA.
