ELIMINATION OF DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF RACE FOR WOMEN OF AFRICAN & AFRO-CARIBBEAN DIASPORA DESCENT, TO FOSTER POSITIVE WORKING LIFE EXPERIENCES AND CAREER SUCCESS. 2. ADVANCING EDUCATION AND RAISING AWARENESS AND DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF THE CHALLENGES WOMEN OF AFRICAN & AFRO-CARIBBEAN DIASPORA DESCENT FACE IN THE WORKPLACE. 3. PROMOTING ACTIVITIES THAT ENABLE WOMEN OF AFRICAN & AFRO-CARIBBEAN DIASPORA DESCENT TO CELEBRATE AND SUPPORT EACH OTHER IN WAYS THAT ENHANCE THEIR MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL WELLBEING DURING THEIR WORKING LIVES. 4. CONDUCTING OR COMMISSIONING RESEARCH ON EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY ISSUES FOR WOMEN OF AFRICAN & AFRO-CARIBBEAN DIASPORA DESCENT IN THE WORKPLACE, AND PUBLISHING THE RESULTS TO INFORM ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE, GOVERNMENT POLICIES AND OTHER FACETS OF SOCIETY IN RELATION TO RACE. 5.PROVIDING A CENTRAL PLATFORM AND A SIGNPOSTING SERVICE TO EQUIP, SUPPORT AND EMPOWER WOMEN OF AFRICAN & AFRO-CARIBBEAN DIASPORA DESCENT IN DEALING WITH ISSUES OF RACE, EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY IN THE WORKPLACE.
