Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE TRUST (THE OBJECTS) ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:
(1) THE PROMOTION OF AMATEUR SPORT; AND
(2) THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN AND AROUND EGERTON, KENT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION, MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF FACILITIES FOR AMATEUR SPORT AND HEALTHY RECREATION.
