THE TRUSTEES SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF THE SAID MONEYS AND THE INVESTMENTS FROM TIME TO TIME REPRESENTING THE SAME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE CAPITAL AND INCOME THEREOF IN PERPETUITY IN PROMOTING THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE STUDENTS AT THE ROYAL BIRMINGHAM CONSERVATOIRE.
