B) TO PROMOTE AND TO ENGAGE IN EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING THE ISSUE OF A REGULAR JOURNAL AND THE PUBLICATION AND SALE OF OTHER APPROPRIATE MATERIAL. C) TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION, SECURITY AND ACCESSIBILITY OF ARCHIVAL MATERIAL.
