THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THE FARMING AND WIDER RURAL COMMUNITY OF GREATER EXMOOR BY PROVIDING HEALTH SCREENING, TREATMENT, INFORMATION AND ADVICE ON MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING ISSUES DELIVERED BY HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS AT LOCATIONS TO BE DETERMINED BY THE TRUSTEES AS NEED ARISES, TOGETHER WITH ONWARD REFERRAL SERVICES TO GENERAL PRACTITIONERS AND OTHER RELEVANT HEALTH AND WELLBEING PROFESSIONALS WHERE APPROPRIATE.
