TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE AGED WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE RADFORD AND LENTON AREAS OF NOTTINGHAM AND ELSEWHERE PARTICULARLY THOSE OF AFRO-CARIBBEAN ORIGIN IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE.
