THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WOLVERLEY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PLAYING TENNIS AND ASSOCIATED SOCIAL ACTIVITIES.
