TO ACQUIRE, RESTORE, REPAIR AND HOUSE TRAMCARS AND TRAMCAR BODIES, TRAMCAR TRUCKS AND TRAMWAY EQUIPMENT AND TO TRANSFER THE SAME TO THE TRAMWAY MUSEUM SOCIETY (WHICH EXPRESSION SHALL INCLUDE ANY BODY OR ORGANISATION WHICH FOR THE TIME BEING SHALL BE CARRYING ON SUBSTANTIALLY THE WORK AND HOLDING SUBSTANTIALLY THE ASSETS OF THE TRAMWAY MUSEUM SOCIETY) FOR PRESERVATION AND EXHIBITION.
