Charitable objects

(I) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF OXENHOPE AND ADJACENT AREAS IN THE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT OF BRADFORD (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON FORM TO ADVANCE EDUCTION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. (II) TO ESTABLISH OR TO SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND YOUTH CENTRE AND TO MAINTAN AND MANAGE OR TO CO-OPERATE WITH THE LOCAL STATUTORY AUTHORITY IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMNET OF SUCH CENTRES FOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE CENTRE AND ITS CONSTITUENT BODIES.
